As Earthlink recently took over my ISP, I have not received any
mail addressed to my previous email address for some time, until
now. The above address (minus the "geentroep", etc.) is accurate,
and I will respond to all letters, given a couple of days.
I have been given to understand that there have recently been MMD
postings regarding, and some critical of my handling of PowerRoll
matters. I would like to respond to these and will do so at once
as soon as I have read them.
Those who have questions about their orders should not hesitate to
write to me, as it is not yet practical for me to reach out to all
customers, as I would like to.
As I have for the 35 or so years I have operated my automatic
instrument restoration business, although my judgement has not always
been the best in retrospect, I continue to take my responsibilities
to all of my customers very seriously and am actively seeking a means
of fulfilling all of these to the extent and at the highest speed
which my available resources make possible.
I remain absolutely confident that all units due will be delivered
despite all obstacles, and during my work spend much of each day
contemplating possible solutions to the problem of how best to
accelerate the delivery process, consistent with achieving my goals
of high quality and durability.
The successful design of the PowerRoll itself is proof of my talents
as a problem solver, which should give encouragement to those who have
waited a long time, and on this basis, I earnestly ask of these kind
people continued patience, however difficult this may be.
