In response to Terry Smythe's experience on eBay with his purchase
from The Piano Exchange, I've 'won' quite a few auctions on eBay from
this company and have had no problems whatsoever. Sometimes these
things happen and most sellers will do what is necessary to keep a
customer happy.
If email does not work, there is an option on eBay where you can get
the phone number of the seller. Both you and the seller will receive
email with the information (then the seller knows you've requested it
and can be somewhat forewarned). I've used this function a number of
times -- dealing directly with a person by phone can yield better
results than email.
Terry, please do not think that this is 'normal' for eBay. I've
purchased nearly 3000 rolls on eBay over the last few years and 99%
of the time I got exactly what I was expecting.
