Following Phil's recommendation, I went poking around on ABE and
eBay and discovered that this author, Bob Flexner, has also produced
a videotape as a companion to his book.  eBay has a number of them
running right now, typically priced at $8 to $9 (US).  I found them,
and bought one, by searching on <wood finish* vhs>
