Dulciphone Player Reed Organette
By Brian Walter

I am trying to locate information on the Dulciphone reed organette.
It was sold as an attachment for a treadle sewing machine in the 1880's.

The one I am looking at has the labeling "Stand Organ Co., Corner
of 4th and Market, Philadelphia, Pa." I assume that "Stand" was a
retailer and the organ was actually made by the Monroe Organ Company.

I would appreciate any information on either the Dulciphone or the
Stand Organ Co.
