Dutch Street Organs Play At Royal Wedding Party
By Ingmar Krause

[ Hans van Oost wrote that fifteen Dutch street organs played the
[ tango "Adios nonino" as the newly-married couple left the church.

Did they play that simultaneously, and if yes, how did they manage
that? :-)

To let 15 [electronic] Hofbauer organs play on their "laundry cord" is
old and not much of a challenge (rather boring if you ask me), but 15
Dutch street organs with presumably different scales and a maybe No. 1
and No. 15 a couple blocks away from each other, to have them all in
same tune and time -- Whew! Were they (hopefully) cranked manually?
