It's Nice to Know Where Everyone Lives

Thanks to John Page (UK) for a service, indicating his location.
The Internet is great, and MMD is certainly a fantastic aid and
service.  But I think it would be nice if we all knew where each of
us is located, at least by country.

I for one shall start to put (USA) after my name on future postings.
Could we all please so indicate our homelands?  Many thanks!
