Merchandise from Gay '90s Village, Sikeston, MO
By Lee Munsick

Paul Eakins died some time back. His wife passed away late in 2001.
I imagine someone is taking care of the record business, but is
undoubtedly overloaded and trying to do his or her best. My suggestion
is that you write them again, or perhaps call on the phone and be
patient with them. (I think the phone number is in the URL given in
the MMDigest.)

I've not seen the Eakins in some years, but they were wonderful,
down-to-earth, real-life folk. They brought many people to knowledge
of mechanical music. I counted as a blessing my friendship with them.
They're sorely missed.
