Holes in Flute Pipes

One thing you might want to do, to determine how to use these pipes,
would be to build a voicing box.  Then set the pipes, one at a time,
on it and see how the pipe sounds with the hole remaining open as
opposed to how it sounds with the hole closed.  You might vary the wind
to see what a difference that makes.

After doing this you might be in a better position to make your choice
as to what to do with them.
