Gulbransen "Fishing Pole" Tracking Mechanism
By Les Huth

Hi, My tracker is now tracking well. Thanks for all help. I had not
explained it very well but what was missing was the friction roller
arm spring (ref. diagram from a booklet from John Tuttle). The spring
was supplied loose with the player but I did not know what it was.

Anyway with the spring on and lots of fiddling, much as described by
Craig Brougher, it is now working well. I did think I had done such
a good job of oiling the friction roller. Live and learn.

Regards and thanks.
