In regard to the Aeolian Sting player piano.  I have serviced these
pianos from day one and I can say that the Aeolians were about the best
of the players newly built back in those days, and they are about the
only ones that are still chugging along with no major repairs needed.
In the player department they beat hell out of the Kimballs and the
abominable Wurlitzers.  The Aeolian piano is fair only and the later
the production, the worse they became.

The other gentleman was right when he said that an old restored player
was a best buy.  Figure that these old lovelies have been around for
seventy years already, and with the proper restoration they'll be here
long after we're all gone.

One thing about the Aeolian is that you should be able to pick it up
much more reasonably than any older unit.
