The current resolution, despite best attempts and complaints filed
with the proper authorities, is we still don't have the rolls and the
money order was cashed and cannot be refunded to us.  So as of today,
Mr. Black has both the rolls and our money.  We would _not_ recommend
that anyone deal with him.  He fails to answer e-mail, and when he does
he provides untrue statements.  Buyer beware!!
