FS: Duo-Art Player Pipe Organ in New Hampshire
By Dave Kerr

For Sale: Aeolian Duo-Art organ, Opus 1458, 3/31, lowboy console
with detached single roll Duo-Art cabinet and ALL pipe work, chests,
shutters, etc, and also front loader Concertola # 204, is complete
and for sale to anyone who can deal with the low price and escalating
severe time constraints.

99% dismantled, stacked and ready to load, as Jim Russell closed the
sale of his home a week before I got there on November 13th. He wants
and intends to be out and moved up the road a piece by Christmas! His
new digs have room for only his smaller Wurlitzer. If no one jumps on
this deal-of-the-decade opportunity to get a splendid original intact
Duo-Art organ it's going into storage.

Asking $12,000, will take $7,000, and the price drops each day. There
is no time left to crate and ship it. The successful person must
arrive with a transport truck and their own helpers. Located in the
Livonia, New Hampshire, area, approximately one mile east, on 104, of
the junction of 104 and Interstate 93.

All the spare extra accumulated goodies are gone. I have a few boxes
full besides the handsome 3-manual D-A console I brought home to
southwest Ontario on Nov. 18th. So, if you know anyone with the
wherewithal, the gumption and a very large truck, all of which can be
mustered in the next four weeks, tell them to call Jim Russell at his
cell phone number: 603-496-6273

I have high resolution JPEG images of Jim's organ and it's components
if you wish, because I know Jim will not have the time.

Regards

Dave Kerr
