I used valves from Peterson (http://www.petersonemp.com/) -- they are
relatively cheap, and Peterson is a well-known company. Which size you
need depends on how you want to use them: If your organ should also
play book music (or rolls), the valves should open "in parallel" to the
holes in the paper/book. (See the explanation of my version of such a
MIDI-fication for a 20er at my web site, http://www.haraldmmueller.de)
If you want or need only MIDI, then you should probably place the
valves in the windchest below the pipes, as is done in other
electrically controlled organs.
Maybe Peterson can also help you with the blower, because blowers are
standard on church organs.
