Music Roll Publishers and Customer Relations

Music rolls are important to collectors, but customer relations are also
important.  Two such producers of music rolls seem to have no regard for
their customers and at times have totally ignored them.

I suggest that these roll producers take a course in business management
and customer relations before they find themselves well stocked with rolls
and no buyers.
