I read with interest today the posting concerning Keystone Music Roll
Company. I was one of several MMDers who posted concerns several
months ago about not receiving goods from this company. I had ordered
from them in the past and received my rolls. I ordered some rolls in
March -- yes, March of this year. My last communication from Keystone
was May 8 with an explanation about their move.
I can understand such a move disrupting business. However, they have
not responded to any queries from me since. Basically, they cashed
my check in March, and I have received neither a refund nor my goods.
This is _not_ the way to do business.
Since they have refused to even acknowledge me anymore I must assume
their web site exists but they are out of business. Last week I sent
a note specifically requesting they respond to me. I offered them the
choice of sending my order or refunding my money. But I really wanted
a response. Nothing!
Do not send these people orders. Be warned. I have decided, though
I think I have lost my money, to send a registered letter. If they
decline that -- well, I will then have my final answer.
