Have Piano, Will Travel
By Dan Wilson, London

Don't underestimate our forebears. A well-known Aeolian ad of the
1920s shows a camel in the Australian outback with two Pianola uprights
in packing cases, one strapped on each side. (What did they do after
they'd delivered one? Fill the empty case with stones?)

More than once in the last 20 years I've read of men in Istanbul
carrying upright pianos on their backs.
