A.P.P. and "M" Roll Recutting Projects
By Don Teach

I am recutting Wurlitzer 5-tune A.P.P. rolls and have sold out the
project. Several people expressed an interest in 10-tune A.P.P. rolls
and I thought as long as I was doing the 5-tune A.P.P. rolls that this
would be a good time to do some 5-tune A.P.P. rolls.

The A.P.P. roll is a Wurlitzer roll that was often sold as a Caliola
roll also. Both rolls are the same format and play on either machine.

If anyone has any original 10-tune A.P.P. rolls that need to be copied,
and if there is enough interest in 10-tune A.P.P. (Caliola) rolls, then
please contact me at <dteach@nwla.com> .

I have also toyed with the idea of doing the same with M rolls but
I must have at least 16 people interested in the Cremona M roll before
I proceed. The Wurlitzer 5-tune A.P.P. roll project was a ton of work
and these rolls are currently being recut. I have seen one roll and it
is very nice. It is spaced off-center like the original rolls with
proper leader and box.

We also did five new rolls for the project which are conversions from
Wurlitzer PianOrchestra rolls. One was arranged by Art Reblitz and the
conversions were done by Art Reblitz. One of the rolls is Irish, for
you Riverdance folks, that is really good.

If you are interested then 'now is the time' to contact me.
