rolls which Tim Baxter is offering, and asked that readers
write to Tim or see his web site.  We apologize that the information
wasn't available yesterday at his web site, but Tim says that it's
there now.

I'm sorry my explanation for the deletion sounds rather abrupt;
it's difficult to decide sometimes whether a long article in MMD is
really of interest to most readers.  Fortunately, most regular MMD
authors have an associated web site available to them where the
details can be placed for viewing with a web browser.
