Schafer Bros. Piano Movers, Carson CA
By John A. Tuttle
Hi All, A customer from Texas used Schafer Bros. Piano Movers
to move their player piano to and from my shop in Brick, NJ.
The same two men handled both jobs with professionalism and ease.
Evidently they work seven days a week once they're on the road, and
they don't work strictly 9 to 5. I know this because they picked the
instrument up late Sunday afternoon and they still had two more stops
they wanted to complete here in Jersey before calling it a day. They
said they were headed to NYC the next day after receiving a call from
the company. Although I didn't ask, it seemed fairly obvious that they
were accustom to changing their itinerary at a moments notice. Point
being that if they're in the area or even just close, they'll change
their plans to accommodate the customer.
I suppose the only downside of dealing with Schafer is that they really
don't know exactly when they will arrive. However, they do stay in
touch at least once a day when they're getting close.
Musically,
John A. Tuttle
