Thanks, Patrick! It was fun meeting you too. Yes, I was in Brussels
where I met Patrick and Bjorn Isebaert -- two great guys. I was also
in London, Netherlands, and France where I met many nice MMD'ers. If
I try to list everyone whom I met during my travels, I'm sure that I
will inadvertently omit someone's name -- better not to try!
There are some who should be noted though: I met Hans Van Oost and his
lovely wife Marcella in Rotterdam, a fine city worth visiting. They
were wonderful hosts. In Paris I also met with Philippe Rouille, who
took time from his busy schedule with the upcoming Chartres auction to
meet with me.
The Player Piano Group (UK) meeting in Leatherhead was terrific, with
J. Lawrence Cook's grand-daughter, Lisa Fagg, as special guest. The
PPG meeting endured an "American invasion" of sorts with several Yankee
MMD'ers in attendance. I'm still waiting for someone to send a report
about the meeting to MMD. [Karl Ellison obliges elsewhere in this
MMDigest. -- Robbie ]
Thank you to everyone whom I met during my trip. I enjoyed visiting
your country and getting to know you. I will be writing to you
individually to express my appreciation if I have not done so already.
