I know that one or two people don't like to see advertising, but I feel
that this time I really must say something. I have a few elderly
collectors (I am not sure if they like names like 'elderly' any more than
they do 'old'?) who have sent me some super great consignments and will
be sending more as time goes on. On this new list alone there are over
40 rolls by Pete Wendling, J. Russel Robinson, Pep Doyle, Pauline
Alpert, Zez Confrey, and other great pianists.
One aged(?) collector in particular has said, "My heirs would rather
have the money than a bunch of old rolls that do not mean anything to
them," and, "I would rather put the rolls out for other collectors to
get a chance to enjoy in their collections now before I pass on."
Collectively, these collectors have several thousand, super great,
ragtime, blues, jass, and popular rolls, that they will send me to put
in the next few auctions and you will have the great opportunity of a
lifetime to get them for your collection. I also have started to put up
some of the Joseph Tushinsky Duo-Art roll collection, and there will
probably be some rare items that you may never again get a chance to
own.
My auction is currently on my web site at
http://home.earthlink.net/~rollertunes
Look -- Enjoy the selections and make a few bids! Or ask to be put on
the email or mailing list. You really don't want to miss this auction
and the next ones coming up. Thanks.
Musically yours,
Larry Norman
