Two quick notes:  If you have downloaded the wonderful Midiboek program
and need the key number to register it, you can find Piet Paardekam's
email address by going to the MMD archives and searching the subject index
for Midiboek.  I'd include it here, but I doubt that our editors want to
publish email addresses in messages?
