might I suggest that you log into the UK version of Egroups.
You can access it at:

  http://www.egroups.co.uk/group/Rollscanners/

(Be aware that many addresses are case sensitive.)

Once you're in you will find that you are not restricted to Yahoo's
download and upload limits.  (Up until one or two months ago these
groups were interconnected; that's when Yahoo bought the U.S. division
of Egroups.com.)  Hope this has been of some help.
