Dutch Organ Grinder's Cap

I believe that realistic caps are available at Dutch Village in
Holland, Michigan.  I don't have their phone number but a couple of
calls should reveal the number.  They have a couple of stores in their
recreated Dutch Village complex that sell all kinds of items like that.

The other possibility would be to query Hans van Oost about one from
The Netherlands.
