Dear MMD-receivers!  In the discussion of "Charging Fees for MMD",
I have often heard from non-USA-members that it's so difficult to send
money.  I will let you know how I have managed my support for the MMD
in the last years.

Once I noticed, that Jody was interested in a "Musicano".  I owned one,
but was not too much interested in it, so I sent it to Jody.  That was
my support for two or two and a half years.

Another time I had some leftover holiday dollars.  I put it into an
envelope, sandwiched it with some other papers so that it was not
suggested from the outside that there was money inside.  It should
reach the receiver 99 percent of the time, so it's much cheaper than
the expensive fee for sending money via a bank or another agent.  I do
not know exactly how much it is to send $30 from Germany to the USA,
but I think it will cost $10 fee more or less.

Recently a lady in the USA was looking for a little music box movement
I had for a rocking chair.  We arranged that she has to send a cheque
for about $30 to the Foxtail group.  Let us pray that she has done it
meanwhile.

It's all a little bit unsafe and unusual, but it's better than nothing.
