Punched Card Patents
By Jeffrey Borinsky

Francoise Dussour asked about punch card patents. I have a good friend
who works at the UK Patent Office, whose job is to answer public
enquiries. He is always willing to help people with genuine patent
questions, but might be irritated by requests such as "numbers of all
player piano patents" which involve a lot of work and might be
chargeable. He will probably not thank me for publishing his email
address.

Contact Melvyn Rees <melvyn.rees@patent.gov.uk.geentroep> (drop the
.geentroep). Please mention my name if you email him. Then he will
know why his workload has tripled. :-)
