Gluing Ivory Keytops

Contact cement works well.  Clean off old glue, coat both surfaces and
wait until dry to the touch.  Position the keytop carefully and press
it down.  Be sure to have it in the right position as it is hard to
move once it sticks.  You can also use the contact cement to stick down
any pieces of wood that have chipped off the key under the keytop.
