"Where are you?" I agree, ALL messages should at least have the
country of origin, although I realise people in USA assume USA unless
another country is mentioned.
I sell in many currencies, but I quote in UK pounds unless I know where
you are. Most people can take all kinds of currencies in their local
bank, you just need a member of staff who has been trained properly.
For example, I pay a set fee for paying in USA cheques, whether I pay
in 1 or 10; this is useful to know as it keeps charges per customer
down to an acceptable level. Just ask your local bank; their head
office will know, even if the local branch does not.
So. don't let location put you off. I buy 75% from outside of UK
and I have no trouble (except customs, and that is another story!).
