Hi,  I have just have just had my recently acquired Tomasso barrel
piano tuned by the barrel piano expert Alan Wyatt of the MBSGB.  What
a revelation -- from the tormented cacophony it was to an amazing music
machine in one session !

I had never done any work on it before and could not recognise a single
tune, but the list of 10 tunes now revealed by Alan is an impressive
repertoire of Victorian all-time favourites.

The journal of the MBSGB has included some interesting articles and
reminiscences about the Tomasso family recently, and I would be happy
to send photocopies of these if this would be of any use to Joan.
