Constant Tension Brake for Roll Supply Spool

Howdy Ken,  Thanks for your comment.  If you will look again at my
article,  you will see that I say that my gizmo is based on the Model B
Ampico roll brake.  The thing I changed -- obviously -- is the tapered
needle valve in the B.  I didn't like the idea of the brass tongue
resting on the roll in rewind, so I made my system where the pneumatic
opens up and releases all band tension.
