Just got an official reply from Steinway, and they have given me
permission to use the image and the "Steinway Duo-Art" name on the
stamp.

I'm going to have a rubber stamp created of the Steinway Duo-Art
artwork found on the back of the Kitner's Duo-Art rebuilding Technical
Bulletin (publ. by Vestal Press).

I will be paying for the setup, and if you want a stamp they can be had
for the price of $15.00 each.  The stamps will be mounted and ready for
use.  The artwork will be about 2 inches square.  This price will
include shipping.

If you are interested let me know ASAP.  No money needed, and you pay
only when I have the stamps in hand and ready to ship.  Order deadline
