John McTammany wrote _two_ books with confusingly similar names:
1) "The history of the player", 1913. This has never been reprinted,
as far as I know. Small book, red covers, two tipped-in photographs
but otherwise close-typed text throughout. All copies signed and
numbered.
2) "The technical history of the player", 1915. This was reprinted
around 1970 by the Vestal Press, from an original found in the papers
of Charles Stoddard (of Ampico fame). Contains many patent drawings
in with the text.
Which is the book in the Maine museum collection?
