1922 Chickering Ampico for sale, built in 1922, it's a 6' 4" Grand
Piano.  The cabinet has the standard six legs.  I have a piano
restoration shop and thought that I would have time to complete the
project, although, for other reasons I need to liquidate it.

We have refinished the red mahogany cabinet.  New decal, the cabinet
needs further buffing, final detail work.  We also refinished the
soundboard and the plate having all original decals duplicated.
Completely restrung, great pin block, soundboard and bridges.  The
action needs work, it's all original.  I have ivory for the keys,
most of them are off right now.

I also have about 400 rolls that I had purchased with the piano,
mostly older Ampico rolls that appear to be in like-new condition.
I can prepare a list for anyone who is ready to purchase.

I believe that the Ampico A action is complete.  I had begun some
disassembly and inspection but have not had time to proceed.  Great
potential.  Need to sell to do 1910 building repairs.  Price $8,500.
