Recently Mr. E. E. Brown, president of M.B.S.G.B., had a lucky find
in an original 1880s Ariston disc storage box. The nice engraved
colour picture on the top was in fair shape, but the box itself was
life expired.
We have therefore had some brand new boxes made of the 'pizza' type,
in heavy duty triple-wall card, with a copy of the picture on the top
lid which is sealed in underneath clear plastic film to protect it.
The boxes will hold 50 of the standard 24-note card Ariston discs.
I have a few boxes left over from a batch made for local members of
MBSGB. The price is GBP 9 each with picture on the top, or GBP 5 each
for one with a blank lid, which could be used for other discs of similar
size such as Amorette, Polyphon, etc.
Postage is extra, but you will need to tell me which country you are in
before I can quote for this. (Postage to U.S.A. by AIR will be GBP 5).
There are only eight boxes left.
