I have read the 7-4-00 MMD regarding Miguel de Mattos' inquiry on
player piano reference books.

On July 5, 2000, John Tuttle's reply mentioned the former insert in the
PPCo catalog that listed player piano companies and cross-referenced
them to a listing of around 50 different player piano mechanisms.
I happen to have a 1978-1981 PPCo catalog which has the aforementioned
information.

If it is indeed a rarity, I would be happy to send a photocopy by snail
mail to the editor of MMD if there is any interest in publishing this
in MMD for all to enjoy.  Since I do not have a scanner at present,
perhaps someone else can assist with this task.

Hopefully, PPCo would not object to the use of this information if
published.
