Wurlitzer Unit Valves from Player Piano Company
By Don Teach

I got some Wurlitzer unit valves from Player Piano Company (PPCo)
several years ago and they were really nice. Much nicer than the
earlier ones. The valves I received had leather valves instead of
the sponge neoprene which the early ones had in them.

Nice leather pouches too. I took the bottom off each one and put
Carter's cement on them to seal the pouches. These valves also had the
correct metal seats, and not the fibre ones he used early-on. Once in
while PPCo can surprise you so, just give them a call. Mention my name
to Durrell.
