This book was privately published by Peter Schuhknecht in 1977/78
in an edition of 1000 and is (and has been for a while) out of print.
If a copy of a page or two is needed I'll be glad to provide it.

Otherwise, try some of the used book sellers around Convent Gardens
in London or write to some of the sellers of old and antique books
listed in the weekly Antiques Trade Gazette published in London.

You might also put a little advertisement for the book in the News
Bulletin of the MBSI (which you should join! http://www.mbsi.org/ )
or in the journal "The Music Box" of the Musical Box Society of Great
Britain ( http://www.mbsgb.org.uk/  Ditto!).
