Dear Mr. Bogatko, when a book about mechanical _music_ has no audible
examples added, e.g., a CDROM, it lacks of an important branch of its
subject.
Did already somebody, politely, lead you to this point ?
Best regards,
Horst Mohr
[ The publisher's claim that the CDROM is "the most complete work
[ to date on this theme" seems grandiose, but we should ignore the
[ exaggerations of advertising. Certainly the Schott CDROM complements
[ other tomes about mechanical music. Maybe someone can make a CD of
[ music to play while reading Bower's "Encyclopedia"! ;) -- Robbie
