Seek 88-note MIDI Keyboard in San Francisco
By Tom Lear

Hi MMDers, I completed my Dynavoice rebuild some months ago and have
since purchased a used Pianocorder system from Dick Leonard.

I have modified a Pianocorder built-in type system to fit into an empty
Dynavoice shell, and now have a Pianocorder "Obensetzer" keytop player.
This unit has it all over the original Marantz Vorsetzer as far as
portability goes. Unlike the Vorsetzer the Obensetzer is truly
portable, just like the Dynavoice. The whole package comes to only
about 50 pounds.

For my next project I would like to archive about 50 to 100 rolls using
the Dynavoice placed upon an 88-note full size digital keyboard with
MIDI output. Using Mark Fontana's software, this will then allow me to
play the MIDI files through the Pianocorder unit, thus saving my more
unstable rolls from further destruction.

Is there an MMD member in the San Francisco area that would be
interested in acquiring MIDI files of my rolls in exchange for use of
your keyboard for a day. I can bring the Dynavoice keytop roll player
and the rolls to your location.

Unless someone has a better suggestion, I plan on buying Powertracks
Pro 6.0 by PG Music MIDI editing software for tuning up any of the MIDI
files as needed.

Thanks,

Tom Lear
