There are a few web sites that list a 'Comprehensive List of Roll
Manufactures and Suppliers'.  Many of them are pretty much replicas
of http://www.ruralnet.net.au/~mwaters/manufact.html

This and the other lists are out of date by more than two years.
Businesses have come and gone, and many of the e-mail addresses are
defunct or are missing from those that have acquired e-connectivity
since.

I feel that such a list would be better served if hosted on the Foxtail
computer, http://mmd.foxtail.com/ .  The benefit is that this is a
long-term URL (won't change anytime soon), and perhaps corrections
would be better facilitated because of it's higher visibility.

I would volunteer to initially be the repository for updates that
MMDers could send in, adjust the list and bring it's format up to date,
then submit it to Jody and Robbie.  I could phone or write many of the
more obscure business to verify their availability.  I would welcome
any help to split the list up, especially overseas.

Maybe the MMD hosts could let me know if I would be able to do this.
