Hi Jody,  I wonder if you remember one such as a friend of mine had.
It was about ten inches or so tall and it would say, "I'm Robert Robot,
Mechanical Man."

My friend, Walt, who was also a ham radio operator, would put it
up next to the microphone of his 160 meter rig and let "Robert" talk
on the air.  It never failed to crack me up.
