Back in December, 1999, I noticed an article in the "Antique And
The Arts Weekly" about the sale of a Rolmonica at Hantman's Auction.
It was reported to have sold for an incredible price of $4,190, plus
15% premium.
I wrote an e-mail to Hantman's inquiring about the article. Well,
yesterday, almost 2 months later), I received the following reply
from them:

While the actual price was reported in MMD by the buyer, an MMD
subscriber, shortly after I posted my note, I wanted you all to know
that the auction house did respond to my inquiry, however tardy.
