In one of our recent roll-collecting forays, we picked up an anonymous
roll, probably because it was in excellent shape and we felt lucky.
It turned out to be an absolutely beautiful symphonic waltz. I'd like
to know what it is, but it had no box, and the label was missing from
the leader.
The only clues to its identity are a number stamped on the inside of
the leader (20414), and the tab and the stamped number bear a strong
resemblance to other '88-Note' rolls in my collection. Also, it's on
a wooden spool.
Is this enough information for any of the rollographers to identify it?
I love the piece, and would really like to put a name to it.
