eBay Announcements in MMDigest

I agree with the suggestions to limit the eBay announcements to
a 2-line description and a URL of the eBay item.  The suggestion
to accept these announcements only if a contribution to MMDigest has
been paid seems me to be a good one.

However, as a contributing member of this list, I might also be in-
terested in an eBay-announcement from a non-contributing (non)member.
Despite this fact I think it is good that for eBay announcements
(i.e., 'commercial' announcements) a contribution is required.
