To remind MMDers, I have the following publications for sale (all prices
postpaid).

1. Bulleid's "Cylinder Musical Box Technology", $10.00, proceeds to go
to the MBSI Publications Fund.

2. 1995 Carousel Organ Calendar, $3.00.  Although out-dated, it contains
eleven (11) nice photographs of American and European band organs.
Proceeds to go the Heart of America Chapter, AMICA.

3. "Organs of the Mid-America Chapter, MBSI", $12.00.   Nearly 200
photographs of the various organs that have attended Mid-Am's band organ
rallies.  Proceeds to go to the Mid-Am Chapter, MBSI.

4. "Organ Grinders in Berlin, 1912-1932", $8.00.  A neat 32-page booklet
of the Bacigalupo factory and use of their organs.  Recently reprinted
in English.  Proceeds to go to the Publication's Fund, MBSI, in memory
of organ grinder Hans Hoffman.

5. "The American Carousel Organ - An Illustrated Encyclopedia", $62.00
($64.00 via priority shipment).  A 308-page hard-bound book detailing
the history of the American Band Organ, over 450 pages.
