Hi All, Well it is still hot and dry here! My lawn customers are
dropping me like a bad habit! I would like to thank those of you
who wrote me about yesterdays postings. Today I have some more web
potpourri.
Site one: How to Build a portative organ. In a parallel universe there
is a man who thinks like me! He built a portative organ and now he is
selling his book about building the organ on the Internet. A portative
organ is a small organ that is placed on the lap (Stop laughing, Robbie
and Jody!), pumped with one hand and played with the other. This is a
small site but check out the sample pages of his book!

Site Two: The Theatre Pipe Organ Page. It is possible I listed this
one in the past, but you see I am old and with this heat my mind has
gone. This site has MIDI files that emulate a theatre pipe organ and
a band organ.

Site Three: Hurdy Gurdy. This site explains the hurdy-gurdy. The link
below will bring you in at the Hurdy Gurdy site.

Site Four: A set of circuits some useful for producing strange sound
effects. This is not a Mechanical Site but the circuits can be made
to emulate mechanical devices.

Till next time, cruise the sites, and Stay CooooL!

[ was doing about the same motions with the Celtic pipes.
