Hi, I am a newcomer to this list. My name is Phil Edwards. I am the
Museum Chairman for a nonprofit educational organization, Empire State
Theatre And Musical Instrument Museum (ESTMIM), located at the New York
State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, New York (Upstate). Rather than spend-
ing time here typing about ESTMIM, you may look at our web sites at
www.theatreorgans.com/ny/syracuse
www.community.syracuse.com/cc/theatreorgan
www.empireexpo.com/exhibits/theatre.html
In our collection, we have several musical instruments including a
player piano, nickelodeon, several parlor organs of all sizes and
makes, church organs, pianos, hand-held instruments of all kinds, and
the crown jewel of it all: a giant Wurlitzer 3/11 Theatre Pipe Organ,
Opus 1143, made in 1925. Thanks for reading this, and I look forward
to the many interesting posts on this list!
