Orgues de Barbarie with Reeds

Several firms produce mechanical reed organs today, including Cautin
and Fournier in France and several companies in Germany.  I can mail
you a list of addresses if you wish.  The reed organs are smaller,
lighter and a bit less expensive than the pipe type.  They require
less tuning, also.
