Billy Mayerl "Echo" Dance Rolls

Adam Ramet asked if there was a complete listing of Billy Mayerl piano
rolls. I don't know the answer to that, however a Billy Mayerl Society
exists in England which is a very active organisation and might be able to
provide the information Adam seeks.
