A couple of ideas for your tight pins. Pull the pin and apply
a liberal dose of powered chalk (chalk dust) in the hole and on the
pin. Another solution: supply houses sell pin block reamers that
size the hole for a particular sized pin. Put the reamer in a electric
drill motor and run it in the hole a few seconds. That should ease
the strain.
At any rate, take care of the problem. It probably will not go
away and, as another writer said, "removing a broken pin is a
miserable job."
